Dr. Chen is currently an assistant professor of Asin-European Business, Faculty of Economics and Management, East China Normal University.

He gets the Bachelor of Management in the School of Management, Zhejiang University, and Doctor of Philosophy in the Business School of the Chinese University of Hong Kong. His research interest focus on the Interface of Operations Management and Marketing, Application of Emerging Technology (Blockchain and AI) in Operations Management and Agricultural Supply Chain Management.

As a leading member, he applied a core technology development project of the Science and Technology Ministry successfully. His publication appears in journals like 《European Journal of Operational Research》,《Omega-the International Journal of Management Science》.
