Guangce RUAN, associate professor of faculty of economics and management, East China Normal University. He graduated from East China Normal University with a Ph.D in Political Science and M.S in Management. He is also the director of Society of Competitive Intelligence of China and the member of Digital Reading Promotion Committee of Library Society of China. He teaches to various audiences: undergraduates, postgraduates, MBA, etc. His teaching revolves around Management Information System，Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence，Enterprise competitive Intelligence. His research interests concern data analysis and text mining.
