Chia-Jung Tsay, Visiting Associate Professor at Asia Europe Business School, is an Associate Professor of Organizational Behavior in the UCL School of Management. She received a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior and Psychology with a secondary Ph.D. field in Music from Harvard University. Her research examines the psychological processes that influence decision-making and interpersonal perception in performance contexts. She investigates the role of expertise and non-conscious biases in professional selection and advancement. She previously taught at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Her researches have been published at world’s top journals like PNAS, Management Science, OBHDP, etc. She is not only a scholar, but also a classical pianist and holds degrees from the Juilliard School and the Peabody Conservatory of the Johns Hopkins University. She has performed at well-known theaters including Carnegie Hall and Lincoln Center.
