On March 30th, the Culture and Sports Club of AEBS Student Union organized Chinese and foreign students to visit Qibao Ancient Town in Shanghai. In this unique and historic ancient town of southeast China, they enjoyed the cultural scenery and experienced local specialty cuisine. At the same time, they also recorded this incredible and fantastic day with wonderful vlogs.

It was a great opportunity to spend time with some students from AEBS, get to know each other better, and have fun exploring new place in Shanghai! We had so much fun trying new snacks and looking around the small shops in 七宝老街. We’re all excited to see where else we can go in Shanghai, and discover new places to hang out together.

In Qibao Old Street, we can feel a strong historical charm. Historical buildings, ancient streets, and the residents and businesses on the old streets all have strong local characteristics. Here, you can also taste authentic Shanghai cuisine and feel the local culture.

I thought it was a great fun way to collaborate and meet friends. I enjoyed my time there! I do hope in the future the challenges had a bigger prize at the end as an incentive. But overall I‘d love to join the next one.
