On March 22nd and March 29th, The 4th Sino-French Academic Workshop on Business Research Frontiers-Entrepreneurship & Innovation, Finance, Operations Management & Marketing，hosted by East China Normal University and emlyon business school, was successfully held online. Professor Wang Jianrong and Ma Xuejing from the Asia Europe Business School hosted two days of seminars respectively. He Jiaxin, Executive Dean of Shanghai International School of Chief Technology Officer (East China Normal University), Chinese Dean of the Asia Europe Business School, and Frédéric Delmar, Vice President of emlyon business school, delivered opening and closing speeches for the academic workshop. Fifteen scholars from East China Normal University and the emlyon of business school in France reported their latest research results and conducted in-depth discussions on the four themes of innovation and entrepreneurship, finance, operation management, and marketing, jointly exploring the current status and cutting-edge development trends of business research.
At the beginning of the meeting, President He Jiaxin delivered an opening speech. Dean He reviewed the scene of the first Sino-French Business Research Frontier Academic Conference and expressed gratitude for the efforts made by both China and France to jointly build this platform. Dean He Jiaxun also introduced the development achievements of Asia Europe Business School in the past eight years, believing that Asia Europe Business School has achieved considerable success in teaching models, research achievements, and other aspects by promoting excellent education through excellent research. He emphasized that the Sino-French Business Research Frontier Academic Workshop is an important communication platform, which is of great significance for deepening Sino-French academic exchanges, higher education cooperation, and exploring the development of business management.
Innovation and Entrepreneurship
The academic workshop and seminar on innovation and entrepreneurship are hosted by Wang Jianrong. Professor Saulo Dubard Barbosa from emlyon business school and Assistant Professor Yang Feifei from Asia Europe Business School gave academic presentations.

The finance part was hosted by Wang Jianrong, Assistant Professor at Asia Europe Business School. Woo Jin Chang, Associate Professor at emlyon business school, and Liu Du, Assistant Professor at CTO School delivered academic presentations respectively.
Operations Management
The academic report and seminar on operations management are hosted by Wang Jianrong. Wenxuan Ding, professor at emlyon business school, Chen Zhong, assistant professor at Asia Europe Business School, and Zhou Qin, assistant professor at CTO School, gave academic presentations respectively.
Marketing
Assistant Professor Ma Xuejing presided over the academic report and seminar on marketing. Ivan Guiart, associate professor at emlyon business school, Ruiqi Wei, Moritz Joerling, Marta Pizzetti, assistant Professors at Asia Europe Business School, Zhang Mingyue, Ma Xuejing, and Wu Yi respectively gave academic presentations.
The attending scholars discussed and exchanged ideas on multiple research topics, discovered new ideas and research perspectives through the collision of ideas, and worked together to promote the new development of business research. Finally, Professor Fr é d é ric Delmar delivered a closing speech. Professor. Frédéric Delmar expressed sincere gratitude to the attending scholars.
