Asia Europe Business School (AEBS) was founded by East China Normal University and emlyon business school on June 24, 2015. With the mission to develop the Belt and Road entrepreneurs and cross-border talents, Asia Europe Business School is committed to cultivating the students to be cross-border commercial talents and entrepreneurs with profound humanistic connotations and social responsibility, and to be envoys of the Belt and Road. The School is offering a range of well-designed academic programs covering undergraduate and graduate studies: Bachelor of Business Administration, Bachelor Program for Global and China Business Studies & Chinese Language, Master’s Program in Marketing (High-End Brand Management), and Master’s Program in Master of International Business (Global Management and China Studies).


AEBS is located in Zizhu International Education Park,  Minhang District of Shanghai where there are large numbers of Chinese-foreign cooperation (or international) projects and institutions stationed, including the surrounding Intel, Microsoft, HP and many other domestic and foreign high-tech enterprises; adjacent to the Shanghai Jiao Tong University and East China Normal University, the Park is equipped with student apartments, canteen and other living facilities, which provide students with international learning and living environment. 

About East China Normal University

Founded in Shanghai in October 1951, East China Normal University (ECNU) is one of the most prestigious universities in China and is sponsored by the national programs “Project 211” and “Project 985”.The THE Rankings 2017 place ECNU in Top 14 Chinese mainland universities and Top 5 for international outlook. 11 disciplines of ECNU rank world 1% according to the ESI 2017.

Established in September 2015, the Faculty of Economics and Management (FEM) of ECNU integrates all of the economics and management-related disciplines at ECNU and introduced a brand-new way of running. At present, the Faculty consists of 5 schools: School of Business Administration, School of Economics, School of Public Administration, School of Statistics, Asia Europe Business School (co-founded with emlyon business school). About emlyon business school

emlyon business school is a French leading business school. It was founded in Lyon, France in 1872 by the local business community, and is affiliated to the Lyon Chamber of Commerce and Industry. It’s one of the few business schools to hold triple accreditation from EQUIS, AACSB and AMBA. Its Msc in Management (Grande Ecole program) is currently ranked 11th worldwide and its MBA program is currently ranked 92 worldwide, according to the Financial Times.

AEBS invites applications for multiple positions in Marketing at all different levels (Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, Full Professor) starting from the academic year 2017-2018. All ranks will be considered. Applicants of assistant professor position must have a doctorate degree in Marketing or related fields (psychology, economics, statistics etc.) by June 2018. We seek for applicants from all areas of Marketing, focusing on brand management, consumer behavior, innovation, marketing strategy, big data analysis and quantitative modeling.



The candidate is expected to make a significant contribution to research and teaching programs individually and as a team member of the School, which includes:

(1) engaging in top-level scholarly research in their areas of expertise;

(2) teaching at different levels such as the undergraduate and postgraduate students;

(3) supervising students’ research and professional practice.



A highly competitive remuneration package will be offered including salary, relocation fee, research funds, and housing subsidies, driven by market competitiveness and individual performance.
