The AEBS recently organized a class meeting on academic development and safety education for the 2025 students for the 2025-2026 academic year. The meeting was presided over by Jin Tingwei, covering both academic development and safety education to provide support for campus life of students.

At the beginning of the class meeting, Jin Tingwei emphasized the importance of enhancing the learning atmosphere within the class. She encouraged students to set clear academic goals, maintain a rigorous approach to learning.Students should support and collaborate with each other within the class in their studies. Additionally, Ms. Jin advised students to manage their time effectively, such as course learning, time management, and extracurricular activities, while actively participating in campus events.
To support students' campus life, Ms. Jin provided a detailed explanation of the university's leave request requirements. She emphasized that all students must strictly adhere to university regulations by avoiding course absences and late. Students who are unable to attend teaching activities must apply for a leave note .This is essential to uphold student accountability for their academic progress and to ensure the orderly operation of teaching activities.
Ms. Jin Tingwei presented real cases of recently prevalent fraud and common scam methods such as impersonating customer service and conducting fake transactions. She urged students to enhance their cybersecurity awareness by refraining from trusting strangers or making transfers to unknown individuals. Ms. Jin emphasized the importance of practicing safe and civilized online behaviors.
