SAIC General Motors Co., Ltd. has always adhered to the business philosophy of "customer-centric and market-oriented", continuously creating high-quality products and services, and is one of the important leading enterprises in China's automotive industry. The SAIC-GM Experience Center is not only a new landmark of SAIC-GM, but also an important platform for recording and witnessing the growth of the enterprise and looking forward to the future of intelligent travel. During this visit, students experienced the creative charm of automotive technology and the infinite possibilities of future travel.

At the beginning of the event, students entered the exhibition hall and first saw a three-dimensional logo composed of many geometric shapes of different sizes - FUTURE, as well as the logo of SAIC General Motors. The innovative arrangement brought a strong visual impact and aesthetic effect.

Entering the second floor area, numerous car models made of environmentally friendly materials by college students are placed. They have exquisite appearances and unique shapes, embodying the new era of environmental protection concepts. Next, there is a highly technological intelligent driving experience that students actively participate in. It is reported that in the future of driving, the level of intelligence will continue to deepen, and drivers will be able to free their hands and trust intelligent systems to control the operation of the car. With the continuous progress of technology, a new era of transportation is coming.

Subsequently, we will be introduced to the UItium electric vehicle platform, which has the slogan of "making electric vehicles stronger" and meets the highest level of ASIL-D system safety (Automotive Safety Integrity Level). At the same time, the platform is developed according to the design standards of voltage, electrical energy, physical protection, and insulation resistance at the load end of the power system for a five-star safety evaluation of electric vehicles, providing consumers with a reliable and reassuring guarantee for their electric travel. Afterwards, the students watched a Chevrolet promotional video together, which showcased Chevrolet's over 100 year brand history, profound cultural heritage, and exploration in the field of intelligent transportation. Through the comparison of historical images and modern lenses, it conveyed the fusion of Chevrolet's classic and modern brand. This has sparked students' interest in cars and made them feel the progress of brands and automotive technology. In the exhibition area, students enthusiastically experience various uniquely shaped cars, unable to conceal their inner joy, such as the Bumblebee prototype in the movie Transformers and the high-tech spy series.

After visiting the Cadillac factory to experience the digital empowerment industry and visiting the experience hall, the students followed the tour guide to the second stop of the visit - the Cadillac factory. The students personally witnessed the process of automobile production, and every subtle step condensed the wisdom and sweat of the engineers. Every car that drives off the production line is not just a stack of steel, but also the crystallization of dreams and persistence. Here, the boundary between technology and art is blurred, and every screw and every weld reveals a pursuit and persistence for perfection. During the visit, the students witnessed a highly automated production line. From stamping, welding, painting to final assembly, each stage demonstrates efficient production capabilities. Especially in the car body workshop, hundreds of robots work in an orderly manner, which is impressive. Finally, the students left the production workshop with unfinished tasks and excitedly discussed their experiences with their peers on the way. Their energetic figures echoed the SAIC Building. This visit also allowed students to experience the earth shaking changes brought by intelligence to the manufacturing industry, and deeply feel the power of technology empowering the industry.
