Feifei YANG, Assistant Professor of Asia Europe Business School, East China Normal University. Dr. YANG was awarded Ph.D. degree in Strategic Management from University of New South Wales, Australia. Her research encompasses organizational goal setting, multiple organizational goals, organizational control, and environmental turbulence. Her research has been published in Journal of Business EthicsJournal of Business and Psychology. Her paper has received Best Paper Proceedings Award at Academy of Management (AOM) Conference in 2017.



Hyunjeong “Spring” HAN, Ph.D., joined emlyon business school Asian Campus as a research assistant professor in 2016. She also serves as a research associate at the Cornell Institute for Healthy Futures, Cornell University. Her current research interests include healthcare service management, customer experience and technology in the hotel industry, and experience management in service operations. Dr. HAN has received awards in research and teaching including “Industry Relevance Award 2017” from Cornell Center for Hospitality Research, “Educational Innovation Award” from NRU HSE, “Best Paper Award” at the 2014 International Tourism Conference, and “Best Paper for the Year 2012” from Cornell Hospitality Quarterly.



Xuehua WANG, Associate Professor of Asia Europe Business School, East China Normal University. Dr. WANG received her Ph.D. degree in marketing from City University of Hong Kong. She has taught Principles of Marketing, Strategic Brand Management, Services Marketing, GlobalMarketing, and Social Psychology. Her research area is consumer behavior and she has published in Journal of Service ResearchJournal of Business Research, and Psychology & Marketing, among others.
