Biography
Bin (Brian) Feng, General Manager of SUMEC Capital, an expert in investment and M&A, and a professor-level senior economist. With engineering and law education background, and senior management experience of local giants in the past 20 years, he was the VP of legal affairs of a listed group company, and a partner of a well-known law firm. In recent years, Mr. Feng has played a leading role in the strategic investment and financial investment with a scale of 10 billion in clean energy field. He also participated in cross-border transactions, involving US clean energy listed companies, high-end advanced manufacturers in Germany, and Fintech company in Silicon Valley.
Mr. Feng interned in a leading law firm in Europe in 2007. He also followed executive programs in the MIT Sloan School of Management, ESCP Paris, and Solvay Business School of Brussel. He has published two books and a number of professional papers. Now Mr. Feng serves as the enterprise mentor at the Asia Europe Business School (jointly operated by East China Normal University and emlyon business school) and the part-time tutor for the MBA of Hohai University Business School.
